REALIFE SHE_EO™ gives women business owners the clarity, confidence, and community they need to lead both their business and their lives with purpose and sustainability. Through a combination of personal formation and business strategy, participants experience meaningful growth in two interconnected areas: who they are as leaders and how they run their businesses.
Through our time together as a cohort, you will open your eyes to the SHE in SHE-EO through learnings dedicated to Strengthening the Leader (Personal/ “Being.”) In tandem, we will explore Strengthening the Business (Professional / “Doing.”)
Together, these experiences help women lead with purpose, operate with focus, and build businesses that thrive without sacrificing their well being.
Program Structure & Delivery
5 Monthly Sessions (2 Hours Each) / 1 Day Long Retreat
Each month, participants join a live session facilitated by Rhonda Peterson, trained in REALIFE and SHE-EO frameworks. Every session integrates two essential components:
- SHE (Being): Personal formation work focused on clarity, leadership identity, values, rhythms, well-being, and decision making.
- EO (Doing): Practical tools and strategic guidance for building and strengthening a sustainable business, using the REALIFE 7 P’s of Business™ framework.
This combination helps participants understand who they are as leaders and how to lead their businesses with greater focus, confidence, and intention.
Tools, Handouts & Real-Life Application
Participants receive robust session handouts, templates, and reflection tools to guide their work between sessions. These materials help women apply the frameworks directly to their lives and businesses, ensuring that insights become practical action steps.
Between-Session Support
To support continued learning, the program includes:
