REALIFE SHE-EO™ gives women business owners the clarity, confidence, and community they need to lead both their business and their lives with purpose and sustainability. Through a combination of personal formation and business strategy, participants experience meaningful growth in two interconnected areas: who they are as leaders and how they run their businesses.

Through our time together as a cohort, you will open your eyes to the SHE in SHE-EO through learnings dedicated to Strengthening the Leader (Personal/ “Being.”) In addition, we will explore Strengthening the Business (Professional / “Doing.”)

Together, these experiences help women lead with purpose, operate with focus, and build thriving businesses without sacrificing their well being.
